These phenomena diminish rapidly in the first week.

From the studies carried out and from the experience of my patients, breastfeeding after a breast implant can be done without problems. Of course, the method by which the implants were inserted is very important, so that the galactophorous channels are not affected. Otherwise, the choice is a personal decision. Depending on your particularities, the plastic surgeon can offer you all the options in detail to make the choice that suits you.

Depending on your preference and the anatomical features of the breasts (asymmetrical breasts, hypo- or hyper-developed mammary glands, the size of the areola-nipple complex) the incisions can be placed under the breast, periareolar, axillary, supraumbilical.
