What is a brow lift?

It is common for the brow area to sag as we age. As a result, your eyebrows are positioned lower above your eyes, giving you an angry or tired appearance. Many women find that their eye makeup no longer brightens and enlivens their eyes. With a brow lift, you can restore a youthful, rejuvenated appearance to your forehead and brow area.

Two Types of Brow Lifts

There are two methods to lift your forehead and eyebrow areas:

Classic lift

The classic lift involves one continuous cut beginning at the level of your ears and moving up around your hairline. Your surgeon will attempt to avoid visible scarring based on where your hairline is located.

Endoscopic lift

An endoscopic brow lift is usually appropriate for patients who need a minimal amount of correction. In order to secure the tissue, the surgeon uses small anchors. This procedure is less invasive than a classic lift because the cuts are smaller. The recovery process will be quicker and you will have minimal scarring
